Hourly Values Format

Information Header is at the beginning of data file and includes 
description of station and instrument. Data Set is located after 
Information Header.

Each record covers one day of month and consists of two lines 
in the following format:

1-st line 
 1-72          12I6      Twelve 6-digit values of count velocity 
                         (impulse/hour) for each of the first 
                         twelve hours of day. 
                         A missing value is identified by 0.
2-nd line
 1-72          12I6      Twelve 6-digit values of count velocity 
                         (impulse/hour) for each of the second 
                         twelve hours of day. 
                         A missing value is identified by 0.
74-75            I2      Year (last 2 digits, 82=1982)
77-78            I2      Month (01-12)
82-83            I2      Day (01-31)
85-88            A4      4-letter station code (optional)

One-minute Values Format

Each record covers one hour (sixty minutes) and consists of five 
lines in the following format: 

Lines from 1 to 4:
       -  twelve 6-digit values of count velocity 
          (impulse/hour) for each of forty eight minutes of hour. 
          A missing value is identified by 0.
5 line:
       -  twelve 6-digit values of count velocity 
          (impulse/hour) for each of last twelve minutes of hour. 
          A missing value is identified by 0.
       -  Year (last 2 digits, 82=1982)  (optional)  
       -  Month (01-12) (optional) 
       -  Day of month (01-31)
       -  Hour (00–23)
       -  4-letter station code (optional)
