Description of program "formula.exe"

   The purpose of the program is to calculate, keep and analyse of
the experiments that measure gravitational constant G.

   The general format of commands:

   formula.exe <switch> <parameter 1, parameter 2, parameter 3 ...>.
 
Switche           Command format and result of its execution 

 p0               formula.exe p0 <template file> 
                  create a file for entering constants and data;
                  constants values are nulls;
 p1               formula.exe p1 <data file> <template file>
                  create a file for entering constants and data, 
                  constants values are taken from the data file;
 z                formula.exe z <data file> <empty file>
                  create a data file with constants, without data;
 n                formula.exe n <data file> <template file>
                  create a new data file for the experiment;
 a0               formula.exe a0 <data file> <experiment's data(I)> 
                  add results of measurement to the run;
 a1               formula.exe a1 <data file> <experiment's data(I)>
                  add results of measurement to the run;
                  more accurate analitic calculation;
 au               formula.exe au <data file> <experiment's data(I)>
                  add results of measurement to the run,                                        
                  using analitical formula or equation of motion;
 b                formula.exe b <data file> <experiment's data(II)>
                  add results of measurement to the run,
                  File of the experiment's data(II) is created by special 
                  device; for registration of the torsion balance's 
                  oscillations;
 e                formula.exe e <data file> <report file> 
                  export data in the same format as experiment's data(II);
 r                formula.exe r <data file> <report file> <initial record> <final record> 
                  create a general report;

                  create a general report (more number of significant digits);
